Requirement: Must be a member of the Staples Rewards program. You can create a username and password using the 2-step process. You will need to know the Rewards Number, Last Name & Zip Code associated with your account in order to create a username and password.
You can view the Staples Rewards program benefits or view the Staples Rewards Teacher program benefits. Once logged in to your account, any additional benefits for your account will be displayed under the Benefits link in the left-hand navigation.
Staples Rewards members receive $2 back in Staples Rewards for every eligible cartridge recycled in person in a Staples store or online at www.staplesrewards.com, up to 10 per calendar month for Base members and 20 for Plus & Premier members, if the member has spent at least $30 in ink and/or toner purchases at Staples over the previous 180 days. Ink and/or toner purchases made on the date of recycling are calculated towards the minimum purchase requirement. Minimum purchase requirement is net of coupons, taxes and shipping charges. Ink Recycling rewards are issued monthly, separately from the standard Staples Rewards statement. Ink resellers and remanufactures are strictly prohibited from earning Ink Recycling Rewards. Limit one Staples Rewards account per person or at any mailing address. Additional accounts will be cancelled.
Once signed in to your account from staplesrewards.com, you can view your Rewards summary including how close you are to earning your next Reward, available Rewards, and your store, online and phone purchase history. You can also recycle ink & toner cartridges, edit your account profile, get credit for missing purchases, and many other great features.
Requirement: Must be logged in to Staples Rewards account. Step 1: Navigate to Add Receipt in the left-hand navigation. Step 2: Choose the type of purchase from the options (Store, Catalog/Phone, Online). Step 3: Enter the required information from your store receipt, or your order number, then click submit. Store Receipts: Enter the 17-digit barcoded number at the bottom of your receipt. Catalog/Phone/Online Orders: Enter the 10-digit order number, and 6-digit shipment number. The shipment number is the number of boxes that were shipped for that order. For example, if you were shipped two boxes for one order, enter the order number and enter 000001 in the shipment number field for box one, enter the same order number and enter 000002 for box two. Continue this process for each box in your shipment. A maximum of 10 submissions will be accepted per day per customer. Purchases are applied to your account within 5 days after they have been validated. Purchases from the prior 2 calendar quarters can be submitted for validation.
A Rewards card is no longer required at the time of purchase to get credit for your purchases. In order to get credit for your purchases: In-Store: Provide the phone number associated with the Rewards account to the cashier and they can look up your account during checkout Online: Enter the Rewards number in your Staples.com profile under My Account. Click Edit on the Staples Rewards, Staples Teacher Rewards, Tax Exempt, Customer Number field, enter the 10-digit Staples Rewards number and click Continue. Phone: Mention your 10-digit Staples Rewards number to the customer support agent at the beginning of your order
